Guidelines for Dealing in Securities

SCACH has in place guidelines for dealing in its securities which require that Directors and executives who possess inside information should never deal in SCACH's securities.

Communications with Holders

SCACH is committed to ensuring that Holders are kept informed of all major developments affecting its state of affairs relevant to SKIES holders through the lodgement of all relevant financial and other information with the ASX and publishing information on SCACH's website (www.sydneyairport.com.au).

In particular, SCACH's website will contain information about SCACH, including media releases and summaries of key policies.  All relevant announcements made to the market and any other relevant information will be posted on SCACH's website as soon as it has been released to the ASX.
