Baggage Allowances
Baggage allowances vary with each airline according to size, type and weight. The maximum weight of individual items is 32kg. Charges may apply for items exceeding 20kg.

If you need to store any items at the airport, Smarte Carte operate a baggage storage service located at the northern end of the arrivals level.

Baggage trolleys are available to passengers at a charge of AU$4.00 per trolley.

For items lost or found within T2 Domestic Terminal contact T2 Lost Property on +61 2 9352 7450.
If your luggage was lost or misplaced during your flight, or left on the baggage carousel, please contact your airline directly.
For items lost in taxis on the way to or from the airport, contact the taxi company directly.
