Head to the T1 International terminal Arrivals hall where the rental car desks are located.
Once you've collected your keys, you will be directed to the ground level of the multistorey car park at P7. This is just opposite the T1 International terminal.
All Domestic car rental pick-ups and drop-offs are in the Domestic Terminal (Arrivals level) on Keith Smith Ave.

The Redspot counter is located inside T1 between Arrival gates A and B.
After you have been served by one of our friendly team, you will collect your Redspot vehicle from our allocated car park, located approx. 200m away outside the terminal.
Once you enter the Sydney Airport vicinity, follow the signs to T1 International Terminal Arrivals, then you will see signs exclusively for Car Rental.
Keep following the Car Rental signs which will direct you to turn right into our car park located on Arrival Court, Mascot, just before the Rydges Sydney Airport Hotel.
Please park in one of our empty Redspot bays and return the keys to our Redspot counter located inside the terminal Arrivals Hall.
Please ensure you have booked a car rental at the car rental desks at T2 or T3 Terminals or have already booked online or beforehand.
On arrival at the terminal please visit the in-terminal rental car desk to complete your car rental contract. Please note – if you do not attend the in-terminal car rental desk to complete your car rental contract prior to boarding the free shuttle service, you will not be able to pick up your rental car and may need to return back to T2 and T3.
A free car rental shuttle service will transport customers from dedicated kerbside stops outside the T2 and T3 Terminals to 7 Coleman Street, Mascot.
Only customers with a car rental booking and have attended the in-terminal rental car desk to complete the car rental contract will be able to access the free car rental shuttle service.

Car rental customers will be able to access a free car rental shuttle service directly from Mascot back to the T2 and T3 Terminals.

The SIXT counter is located inside T1 between arrival gates A and B. After you have been served by one of our friendly team, you will collect your SIXT vehicle from our allocated car park, located approx. 200m away outside the terminal.
Once you have been served by one of our SIXT team in-terminal and have your completed rental agreement, they will direct to our complimentary bus shuttle service that will take you to collect your vehicle at: Level P1 336-338 King St (Park On King) Mascot, NSW 2020.
If you are flying out of T2 or T3 Domestic Terminals, you will need to return your rental vehicle to: Level P1 336-338 King St (Park On King) Mascot, NSW 2020. Please return the keys to SIXT concierge during opening hours.
If you are returning after hours, please return the keys to Park on King Reception. We offer a complimentary shuttle service back to the T2 & T3 Domestic Terminals, just a short 5 min drive away.
