New Food Brands Coming to Terminal 3

SYD’s T3 Domestic Terminal is set to become one of Sydney’s most exciting dining hubs, with new food and beverage brands joining the line-up as part of the terminal’s major redevelopment. After announcing Maggio’s, Slim’s Quality Burgers and Loulou recently, the full line-up of 14 brands now includes a mix of Bondi icons, cult ramen bars, modern Asian eateries, Mexican cantinas, and artisan cafés, reflecting the city’s diverse food scene.

Whether you’re after a grab-and-go breakfast, a sit-down meal with friends, or a pre-flight treat, the new T3 precinct will have something to suit every traveller.

What’s on the Menu

From home-grown icons to cult favourites and international flavours, here’s a taste of what’s to come.

Icebergs

The Bondi institution lands at T3 with a refined coastal Italian menu featuring tuna crostini with fermented chilli and lime, signature dishes like spaghetti vongole with Goolwa pipis, and tasty bites for the kids. Even the breakfast menu shines—think folded eggs with pesto on sourdough and avocado toast topped with whipped ricotta.

Tres Tacos

A vibrant new Mexican concept by celebrated chef Frank Camorra (of MoVida fame), Tres Tacos will bring bold, authentic flavours inspired by Mexican street food. Expect flavour-packed tacos, burritos, margaritas and more.
